Can I order catering outside of the deadlines?
Often we are able to accommodate rush orders. Give us a call 612.278.4431 (Monday through Friday 8am-4pm) and one of our catering specialists will let you know if we’re able to help out.
Do you have a list of Allergens?
Each menu item's description contains an allergen key.
M (contains dairy)
E (contains eggs)
V (vegetarian)

Can you accommodate special requests?
Some special requests can be accommodated; please notate special requests for your order using the “NOTE” box during checkout. For example, "No Nuts" or "Pasteurized Cheese Only" We will follow up with you if we have questions or are not able to accommodate the request. How do I serve your catering?
All of our catering is meant to be served at room temperature. No heating required. Our catering comes with serving utensils. Catering is either presented on wooden trays or black trays with a dome. Simply unwrap and open you catering, and it is ready to serve!
Do you have an order minimum?
No, there is no minimum order size, however some items such as our individual boxed lunches have a minimum order quantity per item.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any order cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total. Any order cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the order total.

Our Catering team is typically in the office 8am-4pm Monday – Friday. Our goal is to respond to emails and phone calls same day. Any inquiries received after hours will be responded to in the morning of the next business day. Thanks for understanding!

What is your delivery policy?
Delivery costs start at $35 for weekday deliveries, $45 for weekend/downtown deliveries, and goes up depending on the mileage and size of the order.
How are tips distributed?
Tips are equally distributed to hourly France 44 Cheese Shop Staff (front and back of house). We typically use a third party delivery company who does not receive gratuity.
Do I receive Club 44 points on my order?
Club 44 are only accrued on in store purchases.
Can I use a gift card or Club 44 points to pay for my catering?
Unfortunately, no.
