Terms and Conditions for Catering
Catering orders are due at 2pm the date before your order, with an exception for items that that require 48 hours notice. Regardless of when a catering request is placed, it is not guaranteed until it is confirmed by us, and we receive the deposit.
Any order cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total. Any order cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the order total.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must contact catering@france44.com within five (5) days of your delivery or pick up.
If you select delivery for your catering order, you must include a contact name and phone number for the delivery driver. Catering orders cannot be left. Delivery price is subject to change depending on the size of your order.
Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages
If alcohol is included in your order, the person receiving the order must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to show a valid government-issued photo ID. IMPORTANT: ALCOHOL CANNOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A TWENTY ONE + ADULT PRESENT.
The products and services ordered from France 44 are for private consumption and may not be repackaged or resold.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages delivered by France 44 are not provided to persons under twenty one (21) years of age.
Unopened and undamaged bottles of wine or liquor my returned to France 44 for a 15% restocking fee.
